I fluctuate between135 to 140lbs. Height-5'4 Bust-37 inch, Waist-36.5 inch, Hips-42 inch. Bought the medium. I love the stretch with my shape body & adjustments I can make at crotch area. Love the comfort on my shoulders!! Very important to me, as I have chronic shoulder & neck strain. Most bras cause me a great deal of suffering from the moment I wear them. This is a lightweight body shapener. Exactly all I need as I'm aging in my late 40s. It is my first full body suite for this purpose & paricular dress. It is pretty too. Far more comfortable than any bra & tummy control underwear. I am very comfortable with my weight & body type/shape, but starting to loose muscle tone at my belly, hips, thighs, buttocks. However, the dress is not form fitting so I do not need a shapener for hips or buttocks. This body shapner comfortably & lightly makes my belly & waistline look/feel more flattering & provides just the right amount of support for my breasts. It does not shape the buttocks or thighs, but it doesn't cut in either. With my uneven curves, I felt a large would not help shapen me, so went for the medium. I'm glad I did, tho it flattens my C almost D cup breasts just a bit, however, the dress I bought this for is modest for my daughter's wedding & I don't mind that at all. Not trying to pick up a one night stand flaunting my breasts at my daughter's wedding. There is breast support, but NO breast lift or boost up if you want/need that. Can still wear a bra underneath if you need. Dress has not arrived yet, but I'll edit this with a before & after when dress comes. I like the comfort with a bonus of a slightly flattering shape this suit gives. Was just what I needed with my curves & less firm muscle/tone & with the dress I'm waiting on. I'm very happy with the quick shipment, arrived in 3 days. Very happy with the price tag. Love the soft silky fabric on my skin. Super happy no part of it cuts into my skin back, front, hips, breasts or butt. Exceeded my expectations that it does not add further pain to the daily chronic pain I live with. I know when I need to wear this all day at my daughter's wedding, I won't suffer in addition because of this body suit. Updates coming soon as dress arrives.

It’s really a great piece that does what it needs to with smoothing everything out. I unfortunately was being pinched by the clips at the bottom. With or without underwear it does pinch. I have a large bust so it did nothing for my girls (34 ddd) so it made them weird . I can wear it and it fits good. My bust size is my own problem, so I wouldn’t give a lower rating since other than the pinching in the crotch which you can figure a away around it, and my oversized bust. The rest is great.its very pretty and the lace around the hips adds to it. I bought a medium, im 155 and 5’6” and the advice to size down was great.

I"m 5'3", 135 lbs, and a 34 C, I ordered the medium. This "shaper" did not fit my torso, it was a little too short. It did nothing to shape or compress. I was better off wearing a non-fitted camisole under my dress. The shaper showed through my dress, looked like underwear lines. I was disappointed because the shaper looks so cute and feminine. The good points on this shaper, the shaper did fit my breasts, and I wouldn't need to wear a bra with it. The shaper is a nice material, and the material and lace seem high quality. The lace does not look cheap. I will return the item and continue looking for something that shapes and compresses.

The only comfortable yet beautiful undergarment I’ve ever worn. It’s not super tight yet it holds you in. And the part that snaps together underneath, you don’t even notice it, rather than the others I’ve tried that poke you and are sharp against your thighs. I’m very large chested, but it still holds me in fairly well but I would recommend a bra if you want more support. If you’re smaller busted, this may be fine without a bra. Definitely recommend!

This didn't fit like the pictures because the bust, even on size XL if for A or B cup. It just flattens you and then creates bumps on top. Does not fit like picture. The rest is fine.

The media could not be loaded.  This is super cute out of the package, but like all the reviews say, it’s really not a good shaper. It feels more like a swim suit, not shaper. The coverage across the chest isn’t at all like the pictures show since it barely covers a small A cup. There is a reason Amazon shows this item is returned often.

If you have a short torso, and don't need serious control for your lower half, this may be perfect for you. I bought this for my twin sister because it is one of the few girdles we have been able to find that does not contain elastic, which she is allergic to. She LOVES THIS THING. She especially loves that it's not as constricting as a regular girdle, because that makes her stomach hurt. And it's so cute it could easily pass for lingerie! If your torso is long, you may have an issue with the top. I like it because it keeps everything in place and allows you to wear your own bra. The straps are wide enough that even if it's a tight fit, they don't pinch or roll. Thank you! XL good for 14-16 girls!
