People complaining there’s no proper instructions need to use common sense and refer to the manual of the item they’re descaling. I’ve been using these for years on my Keurig and they work great. Since the keurig solution fills up about half the water reservoir, I fill up half the water reservoir with water and then put in the tablet and let it dissolve then start the descaling process. Then do a full rinse cycle to make sure I’m not ingesting any chemicals and wash the reservoir with soap and water. Easy! Will continue to purchase! And one or two tablets have been crushed but it doesn’t matter as they need to be dissolve anyways.

We tried a lot of things - white vinegar, other descalers, and this was the only thing that cleaned our coffeemakers. We plan to keep a supply on hand for all future cleaning.
