Good one

The product is really good, especially for a brand name like Black & Decker and a 2 year warranty. I read reviews about this product's loud door. The door is loud, yes, but you can prevent it from being loud by pressing the button when you close the door. It significantly decreases the noise. Easy to use, great product!

Product delivery was timely and the product was super-easy to set up. And the carton was just the right size for the older microwave which had broken down, and which this new model was to replace. By now, I have used most of the functions of this unit. I have found that the microwave power is a bit lower than I expected -- the specifications mention a higher rating than the Whirlpool unit I had earlier; however, it seems to take 10 to 15 percent more time to warm up a cup of water to the same extent. On the flip side, the unit is less noisy than the earlier one, when in use. The grill function works as expected. The internal light is fairly bright and, overall, the unit looks rather nice sitting on the kitchen counter. Be warned: the door is a bit loud when closing, even if you hold it carefully and push it in gently. This is potentially an issue for those who, like me, will use this late at night when the rest of the family is asleep.

Good product

Very good and useful and has plenty of options with Good heating power. I have been using it for a year now and still happy with my choice. Only one drawback, it makes loud sound when you open or close but not a big deal anyway.

Love the fact that the 30l size offers me flexibility in the size of dishes I use. One con so far is the grill function. It is a total gimmick.

I used only microwave feature did not grill. It works perfect and build qaulity looks good as well

I purchased this new microwave in July25 and only after 6 months it stopped working. This is the first time in my life that a microwave lasted only 6 months whereas my previous microwaves lasted more than 3 years each. Can someone advise if I can claim warranty for this purchase?
