Not worth the $ - too messy
Not that easy to use. The rolls do not cut clean with the knife and removal is messy.For the $ I expected something better... get a sushi tube instead

perfect for lunches
Easy to use. Very easy to clean. Mine came with the mat. I did use a sharpie marker to label the pieces for ease of use for all the different types of sushi I can make. I can't wait to make different types of sushi for my lunch so easily. The reviews of others is spot on. I know with practice I'll get better at it, but for using for the first time, I find it goes faster to make sushi rolls that with the mat.
