The Crystal Peaks Nutrition Ultra Premium Colon Relief capsules worked gently on my system to detox and cleanse the colon. For about the first twenty days these capsules worked very well. They produced the desired results with no cramping. The last ten days or so the effect of the capsules was lessened and the results were as well. Don't take these comments too negatively. I take a "Leaky Gut" powder every day to eliminate that as a health issue. It may very well be, however, that the "Leaky Gut" preparation reduced the overall efficacy of these colon cleansing tablets. I do like the natural aspect to the capsules' formula and much prefer them to chemical laxatives and the cramping they often produce. If you are looking for a natural cleanse these capsules are worth a try.

Ever since I had my last child I have struggled with constipation. I have changed my diet, increased water intake and that didn't help my issues. Most of the supplements I've tried either followed with cramps or was horrible tasting drinks, so this supplement has been the best of both worlds! A complete relief to my digestion, no cramps and the bonus is the elimination of bloating!

I take a colon cleanse once in awhile in order to clean out any built up toxins and to build up good bacteria in the GI tract. I decided to try this because it does not contain anything artificial and there is a nice blend of herbal ingredients.I have been using this for the past three weeks and each week I felt better and lighter in my gut. I did have to go the bathroom more frequently(this is how you know this thing is working) to flush out the built up stuff in my colon. I noticed my skin clearing up also after a few weeks. Good quality colon cleanse and something I would recommend.

Like so many people, I deal with a lot of constipation issues. So I am often looking for some new way to combat the problem. Folks with dental problems can't just add more crunchy veggies.I tried these out. The capsules are a smaller size, which is great. I have trouble swallowing pills, and got these down without a problem. But each dose is two capsules, and recommendations of taking two with EVERY meal until you have some success. Really? No thank you.Besides the sheer quantity of capsules you need to take, I think the ingredients list is fairly useless. It looks like someone decided to take a lot of different ingredients that can be helpful, and just toss them together into a capsule. Some are just basic stuff.The first ingredient is just calcium carbonate (think basic tums). Then they have a "proprietary blend" of just stuff: oat, alfalfa (allergy alert for people sensitive to grasses), psyllium husk (metamucil), acidophilus (yogurt), aloe vera leaf (known laxative effect on its own), bentonite clay (to draw water into the colon) and a few other misc things tossed in.To call this "ultra premium" is delusional, but the manufacturer can call it whatever they want to. Just have a decent yogurt, a tums and keep on looking for a better supplement. This is a pass from me, and I would NOT recommend spending anything on this one.

My colon most definitely got a relief. Things moved and felt very natural without any cramping or extreme urgency. I felt so much better after experiencing my “relief”. I like that natural ingredients are used as well as vegetable capsules. I’m satisfied with it. It works very well.

For the last week or so I have had this bloating feeling in my stomach. It became obvious when my bathroom trips weren't the same as usual. Also, my waistline was more snug with my belt on the same loop/hole I always use.About 2 days after taking this in the morning, my stomach started gurgling and I went to the bathroom. All my bloating is gone. This stuff really works. I even feel better now, and feel like eating again. Before I didn't even have an appetite like I usually do!

Great for reducing constipation. I suspect the main help comes from the psyllium, although the other ingredients may also be helpful.This is very gentle, much gentler than a laxative or tea with similar properties. If you have digestive issues, this may just do the trick.

I don’t like to take a laxative when I am constipated so I am trying the Colon cleanser capsules. It is made with all-natural ingredients including herbs, givers and probiotics for regular bowel movement. So far it is working very well for me.
