Amazon really needs to flag whether a book is primarily focused on or written for one particular country. It’s a nice book but one for our American cousins primarily.

This is a great book for those of us that can use some help creating special platters for entertaining. Love the recipes for hummus, various other dips and spreads. The pictures are ideal for ideas on how to set up your charcuterie board. Also, very cool, is that there are featured experts that share their recipes and stories. I plan to visit some of them whenever possible. Hope to see more from this author.

This was a gift for a friend at Christmas time.I also bought a board to go with it. They LOVED the book, and have been sending me pictures of what they have created!!! The book is beautiful and the pics inside the book are incredible . Easy to follow the directions.Such a great gift!!! I bought another book for another friend!Now I wish I could get one for me !
