Great for exercise when working at home
This elliptical is simplicity itself. Arrived fully assembled and all i had to do was remove the plastic strip to connect the battery. If you're looking for an under-desk elliptical this works very well and is silent. It needs a few minutes to get a smooth action going the first time and it's better in shoes with grip and stability instead of flipflops. It's also not too weird to coordinate whilst working lightly.

Short stride
It is a small unit, and does not take much space. However, it is quite heavy, so it's not like you would want to move in and out all the time. I find that the stride is much too short for me though, like taking those tiny stairs that I would normally take 2 at a time, but I can't so it's annoying. I am taller than average though.
