You will through it in Garbage
The item is not measuring at all and HARDLY moves and lot of defected edges and reading 10mm when it is 7 or 5 never read same never read good, i have to return it !! or throw it in Garbage

Not metal, as described
I liked it and it worked well for what i needs it to do, was also super accurate. But it stopped working after 8 months. Must be the battery or something. But while I used it it was super accurate, and useful to have around. The only reason I rate it 4 stars is because it’s falsely advertised as metal and didn’t last as long as a good one would’ve. Might update laterUpdate:It WAS the battery. I changed it and I've been using it for pretty much years now. The measuring tips got bent though as expected of a plastic calliper. Definitely be more careful with this one.
