Q: Are there only 8 colors, but two of each color?

No. This is a full box of 16 colors. I am unsure as to why Amazon has it listed like that.

Q: can you use these on fabric? Like knits?

they are washable so i don’t how much if the ink will stay on the fabric

Q: This is for Amazon - why does it say lack of 5 when it is only one package of 16 crayons? Isn’t that purposely giving false information?

I absolutely AGREE! I am very angry that it says that. If another seller prior to me, listed this SKU #, when actually selling in packs of 5. Unfortunately, to both the Customer and the Sellers, if you enter the SKU# to list an item, if it has already been used, it will list the item in that original way. There is a way to Edit the item. I have it listed on MY end as a single pack. Amazon does not update the edits. I have had multiple problems with items listed as one thing to the customer, and I think that it is listed as something else. I think that you should write to Amazon, directly, as a customer, and complain about it. Feel Free to tell them exactly what I told you. Perhaps they will do something about it, coming from a customer. I would appreciate it, actually. You are the only reason, that I am aware that it says that. So Thank You!!
