Seriously! From the first day my hot flashes diminished, I slept better… second day even better… and last night (third night) I managed to sleep from 10pm until 6;30am straight 🤯 seriously I didn’t know I could sleep like this again!!! I am taking this supplement after lunch, and it is working amazingly!!! My perimenopause symptoms usually are very bad sleep quality, hot flashes during the day, moody for no reason, overall feeling not that well anymore… I am so far happy with the results of this supplement!!!

Excellent,after 3 months I did not use this tablets and yes now I am sure this tablets is best tablets for hot flash even my anger,after 1 years of research now I belive if I want this tablets work I have to use is regularly or even every 2 or 3 days after one month NOT SLEEPING HOT FLASH VERY ANGRY I start it again and belive or not in 1st not I sleep with out hotness or sweating and bad dream even may is deference for other women but most of the women after age of 35 who just think they still young and start use this tablets they feel much better I start to use on age of 40 and I wish on my 35 some of telling me use it now 5 years of hot flash no sleep OMG all is gown from a time I start use this tablets and my doctor said some women will start from 35 but they may be menopace on age of 50 but from 35 hot flash will start and it does not mean yu old women are deffinet but it better to talk to your doctor and do not wait until you become worse for me this tablets means BEAUTIFUL sleep but use it regularly not after 3 weeks oh it does not work at list 4 month use it and you will see 4 years yu will sleep with out hot flash or not very good sleep I just want to share may even help to one women and thank God is enough one women will become happy.xxx Dare:17 December 2019No I cannot living with out this tablets NOW I am 43 still using it,I quit for 2 month but order again because I really become sick again,tired,angry,confused,no energy,sleep late,wake up late now I confirm as women who using this tablet for long years if you want to see this tablets work or not use it for 6 month and do not use for 2 months OMG,NOW I definitely know my body need this vitamins or what ever they have I wish they the MAX also was cheap like this so I could try that one too but if you want tablets which is really on good offer and work on your skin,hair,nail,energy,even effect to your sleeping this is best one even I sleep soon,no sleeping problems NO HOT flash,no tiredness,,excellent

Due to having other medical conditions my GP is stalling on giving me HRT. I am on a waiting list to see a gynaecologist which is months long thanks to Covid. After moaning a lot about the symptoms of the menopause my little sis said 'get some menopace'. I am a nurse and I am sceptical about alternative and herbal supplements but I was so fed up that I got some. I am halfway through my second packet and here are the results: - I still have hot flushes but they are not so terrible and I don't end up with a sweaty face and wet hair, the pills have defo reduced the intensity of them. - I am pretty sure that they have improved my skin, three workmates have asked me what I am using that is different and say that my skin is glowing and I look more youthful. (true story) - I am less tired and am not getting so much brain fog (difficulties with my memory and word finding). - Goodby to vaginal dryness!!! Hooray. Be warned that it will make your pee green, but what the heck. I've signed up for a subscription to these green tablets and I'm happy.

Didn’t think they worked until I forgot to buy more and I could not believe the difference. I couldn’t focus, my memory was terrible and my hot flushes got 10xs worse at night. I’m sure there are some better ones out there but have been on these for the past year and they’re definitely supporting me through the menopause before it may get worse and hrt gets involved. Highly recommend for peri and full menopause.

I’m on my second month of taking these , What can I say im not waking up as if I’ve not been to sleep . I have more energy throughout the day my memory has got better and they have even held of my hair growth is starting to have baby hair growing back which I’m super happy with will definitely buy again when mine run out
