I cannot believe the quality of this thing, packaging, everything included, even the install tool.. which is super handy to have.Everything is top notch, and it sells for 100 bucks.For ALL the details, measurements, everything is needed see the link to the PDF in the description. THAT link could be more obvious on the Amazon site, but other than that everything is TOP notch with this faucet. Thanks Pfister!

This product is very well designed and manufactured. It is very easy to install and is a good value for money. The water connections are fool and leak proof. The installation tool provided with the product comes in very handy. The drain assembly is a very innovative design and it is similar to when someone put wheels on luggage cases. I hope that their single hole faucets are designed same so that I can buy them for my reno projects.I won't hesitate to recommend this product to any one.

I simply want to tell you: This product is going to disappoint you!I reviewed the YouTube videos and reviews on Amazon before I made a purchase of this product, for I found this product was believed to belong to a superior category of this same type based on the reviews. However, my experience is a completely different story. First of all, one of the parts came with dirt and defects, as revealed from the pictures. Second, the handle is stiff or at least not as smooth as expected when I turn the handle. I purchased a Delta brand, which was made in China, and got it installed by the same plumber on the same day, but it worked beautifully well. Third, and worst of all, the drain does not fit the hole, and I had to purchase one from the plumber, who charged me $30. I did expect this highly positively reviewed product has so many issues, and I am definitely not going to recommend it to my friends or new customers. By the way, I give it one star because it looks good or because I have no other alternatives.I wish the manufacturer could reconsider its design and I'm going to follow up with the review after I get a response from the seller or producer.Please check out some videos of this awesomely terrible product!

J'ai fait faire l'installation par un plombier. Bien que ça paraisse facile, le professionnel est le mieux placé pour voir à ce que ce soit bien fait, en plus d'effectuer le retrait, non sans difficulté, de la vielle robinetterie.J'avais commandé un chrome brossé mais j'ai reçu un chrome lustré, ce qui est revient au même pour moi pusque mes autres accessoires sont lustrés.

Handles don't go down far enuf to keep trim on .Will change to 5 star if remedy id foundarrows and taps don't line up ,, upside down , but was easily adjusted .Install tool don't work on rear center faucet .
