I use 3 drops of this on my wrist and sleep a solid 8 hours finally. I take BHRT during the day but still wasnt sleeping through the night. This works so well! 4 drops i was waking up groggy. I suggest starting with a drop and seeing how you feel if using for sleep.

I have tried a lot of progesterone products but all creams. Other than Platt’s progesterone cream, I didn’t notice a huge difference and at the amount I was looking to use, the creams were a drag to use twice a day. This???? It has changed everything, including the crazy amount of body pain (hands, wrists, back, joints) I have been living with for more than a decade. I take it orally and topically. I have no issue with leaky bottles or clumping. I follow the instructions from their website and shake it quite a bit and fill and empty the dropper 2-3 times. Small effort for incredible results. I am Peru but also had major fertility issues and my period length was cut in half suddenly around 25. Doctor didn’t even do a thing about fertility issues and period change. She said I was young and should just relax. This from a female doc. Fast forward and the suffering got awful with the beginnings of the change. Take a few drops under the tongue several times a day at the first signs of hormonal headache due to low progesterone. Wards off nausea and migraines for me. Because it is sublingual it’s works FAST. This has been a LIFESAVER for me. My nutritionist first introduced me to it. Thank God you can get it on Amazon!!! I can’t say enough positive things about it. (The taste isn’t great but it is fine/definitely tolerable and definitely beats having a migraine and vomiting).

Overall I am very satisfied with the Bezwecken ProgonB-L-4X progesterone oil. So the product does not specify if this is for topical or oral application, however I was told to get this from a health coach and use it sublingual. For me, it caused inflammation and upset stomach and did not sit well with me. If you have a sensitive stomach to start, beware. I’m sure it’s a great product for the right person. And yes the taste is disgusting but doesn’t last.Also, a lot of reviews mention the amount of product. It is not a full vial, but the company is very upfront about that fact and they do it for a purpose (no idea what that purpose is).
