الخدمة والمنتج لم يكن على التوقعتم فكك التغليف وايصاله بالكهرباء فقط وبدون توصيل الماء من قبل العاملونللأسف لأن المنتج غير مناسب وغير قابل للاستراد لذا قمت بشراء منتج آخر بديل

Excellent Experiance
Delivery is quick and efficient. Safe scratch less with complete documentation how to install. We are using this machine, actually enjoying it. This washing machine is soundless (almost zero noise) and we love its Wifi feature.

installation
There is no information on vendor installation. The delivery company doesn't install. The vendor doesn't provide contact information in case there are questions such as installation services or technical questions. In our case the washing machine is vibrating heavily when it spins which suggests it has not been calibrated which we now need to find someone to come to do. These are expensive technical products and amazon.ae doesn't provide a good online service for how to manage any of this. Next time will think twice to buy these types of products in Dubai online.

Very Bad Machine and Services
I have brought Candy Washing Machine Rapido 11KG on 29/07/2021. After 10 days (10/08/2021) the machine stopped working. And I have worked the machine nearly 5 or 6 times only. Not only that, since the machine stopped I am following the service team but there is no response, I am totally upset and there isno other way today (21/08/2021) I called another technician (third party) and solve the issue. I paid AED 300.00 also. My advice that , DONT BUY THIS MACHINE. AND TRY TO AVOID THIS BRAND, because You will not get after sale services.

Bad smell inside
Very bad washing machine … I used it for less than a year and it does not have a filter and all the lint and dirt on the clothes is deposited inside it and over time a very bad smell appears from the washing machine and it is unbearable. Even Sharaf DG sells it and it has flaws.... There is no trust in Candy devices or Sharaf DG
