Overall, the product is acceptable to a little disappointing. There is a balance of pros and cons you should consider before purchasing this set.For the pros:1) Delivery was great, box was sturdy and all pieces were included.2) Customer services is friendly and helpful - registration and ordering parts is easy.3) Price is affordableNeutral points:1) Took about 2 days to assemble, highly recommend using BOTH the paper instructions and the BILT app.2) Must take the time to organize all the parts and fasteners before you start assembly. You'll be bouncing back and forth between pieces and fasteners so it is extremely important to stay organized.3) Really only designed for smaller children. Ages 3 - 6 would be appropriate. Absolutely no adults can use this playset.Cons:1) Quality of wood. It is advertised as "Cedar" but it is not. It is labeled as "Chinese Cedar" which is not actually cedar, it is a fir. Its ability to resist decay and weathering is inferior to Western Red Cedar making it less suitable.2) The wood chips, scratches, and fades extremely easily. Remember those balsa wood airplanes? It feels like that.I understand there is a tradeoff between an affordable play set and quality of materials. As long as you are ok with only getting a couple of years out of this play set then it is an acceptable product.

It took a whole day to put together for 2 people, all the pieces came in good condition, and it’s the perfect medium sized playground. Not too big and not too small. Our kids ages 2-9 all are loving it. It’s basically a 2 story playhouse as well. I would definitely recommend this play set to others. We will see how it goes for wear and tear later on, but so far we are satisfied.

I ordered this for my grandsons 3rd birthday. 3 of the pieces were broken, I called for replacements, late on Friday before a holiday weekend. The lady was extremely nice, they had the new parts by Tuesday morning. My son said every part was labeled, the directions were great, and they couldn’t be any happier with it. I Highly recommend this company!!!!

This has to be the cheapest swing set I have ever laid eyes on. The tower/house leans when the wind blows. We live in the country and have this thing cemented into the ground. We will be lucky if it lasts the summer. Almost all the boards had to be Pre-drilled otherwise they would split. The swing set itself can’t support much more than 50lbs otherwise the tower and legs starts to shift. We have a 2 year old and a 15 year old. This thing is not safe for either of them.

If you’re looking for a play set to do a photo shoot for a newborn, this is the set for you. If have a toddler then only allow them to look and not touch. This set is very flimsy and I don’t think I encountered a board that was cracked or warped. A slight wind will send this play set into the wizard of oz. Even then I wouldn’t even let little Toto the 3 lb dog, on this set. If you insist on buying this set, be sure you have a lot of patience to assemble it. I made new cuss words putting this thing together. Spend more money and bypass this set. -

It is beautiful once assembled. I read other reviews and was prepared for the build. They were right, when opening the boxes it seems overwhelming at first. I separated all parts per their labeled ID. That took about an hour. The assembly of everything took the better part of 6 to 8 hours. Once finished, it is everything I could hope for. The reason I’m giving this 4 stars is the delivery. It wasn’t Amazon or the company back east that built it and shipped it. ABF was the company that was hired to deliver the 3 boxes to my home. They do not deliver to my location which is outside of city limits. At first they left a message saying I needed to arrange a time to pick up the 3 boxes 45 miles away in Sacramento. I finally got in touch with them; they said I had to meet them in the city limits to receive the playground. I told them that they were to deliver it to my home. They connected me to their supervisor who said that I should've disclosed my location before purchase that they don't deliver outside of city limits. There isn't anything but a section to put my address. There isn’t anything that I could’ve let them or anyone else know where I live other than the address. The road to my home is a county road and maintained, we have a lot of large trucks that deliver to our location. I have a 40 foot 5th wheel that I drive with no issues. In short, the playground exceeded my expectation and my granddaughter loves it, the shipping was a hassle and delayed getting my order on the date as advertised.

It took my husband and I about 2 days to put this up. He did most of the work since I’m pregnant. I bet it would go faster if we had another person. I recommend following the instructions page by page. If you skip anything, it definitely will come back to haunt you. One thing we hated was, the predrilled holes were never on point. This made things very difficult. One good thing to do to make things go by faster is, lay out all materials and put all boards with same labels in the same spot so you’re not running around digging through all the boards looking for one board. After all said and done, it’s a really attractive swing set and our daughter loves it. Also, don’t forget to level!! We finished late, so the pictures are dark. We just need to add the rubber mulch then we will be done.
