Determined to increase my water intake! It’s possible that I might drown, though!!Bottle is pretty, informative and sturdy. Heavy when it’s got a gallon of water inside!! But I suppose that makes it a good alternative for hand weights!! Arrived very swiftly.

There is nothing to dislike about this bottle.+ It's very sturdy and solid. Very. This bottle will last.+ The time prompts on the bottle make it so that drinking is no longer overwhelming and burdensome. Water is taken in in a measured way that my body now actually absorbs instead of expelling right away. No more running to the bathroom every 10 min.ABOUT THE STRAW+ The straw that's included is just as sturdy and is the first 100% useful waterbottle straw I've ever used. I usually take them out and use only the spout. Not with this one. The water flow through the straw us just as ample as the spout and because of the bendy rubberized bottom of it, You'll be able to get every drop of water from the bottle even without a tilt.THE DESIGN+ It's a beautifully pleasing design to look at, to feel and to carry.+ It's a large bottle, but the unique narrow shape make it so much easier to carry when full. It's not a bulky, heavy load that stands out at the gym. It doesn't leave bruises from hitting your legs as you carry it, like the huge round ones do. I deliberately bought this bottle because it looked slim, and it didn’t disappoint! I slide this bottle in my backpack for work and the shape means I still have enough room for other necessities. The color is nice. It’s a pink-red, but not so pink that my sons are dissuaded from using it as well. It’s been tipped over countless times and has even been accidentally dropped (#BoyMom 🙄) and yet it still works great. If anything ever happens to this one, I’ll definitely be back to by another.

Dudé mucho sobre si comprarlo o no, porque sinceramente, pareciera una bobería, PEEEERO.... si vieran qué bobería tan ÚTIL! Al menos en mi caso, podía pasar todo el día sin beber agua, más que 1 o 2 vasos cuando mucho. Y por más que me lo proponía, siempre fallaba. Una amiga me lo sugirió y decidí probar... Es como un reto muy... tangible se podría decir. Porque me voy midiendo conforme la hora del día que me establece ahí. Tengo aprox 10 días, bebiéndolo completo (4litros) y he sentido la piel menos reseca, me siento más desinflamada... Y el único cambio que he hecho se lo atribuyo a mi nuevo hábito de beber mucha agua al día. Y siento que sin mi termito motivacional, no lo hubiera logrado! Tiene un sellado hermético, no derrama agua, se siente resistente y me ayudó a cumplir mis objetivos :)
