Looks great but install time took longer than an hour, instructions are lacking!
If you want it to be totally water tight on a GMC pro tailgate you will need to purchase a seal for the tailgate separate. But if you don’t mind just a little water getting in at tailgate you are all set.

Nice
The media could not be loaded. For the price which was half of what most manufactures Our charging .operation is smooth , quiet , Overall very nice look so I was impressed with all of that. The only thing that I really do not like or understand why they did it the endcap of the rails have to be added on. So it literally caused the only place I've had water come in at and it was obvious it was going to happen. Just got a sheer design, so that made zero sense why you would do that unless the top fits several models and that's just part of the process to ensure that they are able to manufacture the unit cheaper by using the same On several different types of trucks . I put some black caulk. I included a picture. I suck at caulking by the way lol but I would've preferred not to have had to do that outside of that. I gotta tell you for the price that others charge great buy. Another added bonus , The side rails have the slot that you can add crossbars with at a later date. All other models that is an up charge this one it's all included overall very happy.

Great Savings!
Saved $1100.00 as apposed to purchasing from auto accessory store. This is very well made. My husband has cover like this, he purchased and had installed from an auto accessory store. He was very impressed and thought this was a better product then his name brand one. it took the two of us (70 yr old's) to install. Good instructions, just go slow and pay attention to the instructions. There is video to watch that is helpful. The fit was perfect!

Surprisingly good
Needed a cover for the bed of my new truck (GMC Sierra Denali), which was a first for me as my prior trucks had a shells. I take a lot of pride in my truck and wanted something solid. Did a lot of research and selected this one, mostly due to combination of features for the price compared to 'name brands.' Had a little bit of doubt, and a bit concerned about the reviews on installation. All of which turned out not to be true.First, the cover is really nice. Operates very easily, looks awesome and classy. I like the functionality of being able to open the cover w/o needing to open the tailgate. I also like that you can lock the sliding cover at any position. Very smooth and quiet. It comes with a pull-strap, but you don't really need it.Secondly, the installation was, overall, much easier than I was expecting. The instructions aren't the most detailed (likely translated from Chinese), but with some noodling you can figure it out pretty easily. I took my time, and still got it done in a couple hours by myself. Some reviews talked about odd parts and wrenches that were hard to assemble, but they must have improved the design as it was very straightforward.A few notes. The 'box' that the roll-up cover goes into does take up some space in the front of the bed. Can't be avoided, but just know that you'll 'lose' the front 14" or so on the top (open underneath). I suppose this like the tri-fold ones in that regard, but I like the ease of sliding it back/forth. The weatherstripping for the side rails were kinda wadded up at the ends from shipping, so took a bit to slide them into the channels (needed a blow dryer to soften one up). The drainage tubes are on the large side, which is not as discrete as I'd like. Must be to allow leaves, etc., to drain out? After initial install, there was a 1/4" gap between the closed cover and the tailgate. So I just loosened the clamps and slide the whole thing back and now fits fairly snug. Haven't test how weather-proof it is yet, as my stake cover pockets are open (for now).Very pleasantly surprised.

Sticks up further than expected
Took 4 hours to install by myself because the instructions written and on-line suck. Does not show you how to install back corners. You have to just figure it out on your own. The 2 pop up slid handles suck too. Both have to be popped up to move. These seem unnecessary. Top has already scratched and came with a dent on the side. Sticks up way further than expected (about 1" above bed) and would not have purchased it had I known this. The whole unit moves when opening/closing all the way. It does not stay when trying to lock in any position other than clsoed all the way. It just slides with both pop up handles down. It does stay dry during car washes and rain. I'd go with another cover next time.

Syneticusa Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover
I’m not sure if the seller up their game on the directions or if others just had a hard time figuring things out, but I thought the manual clearly explained and was easy to follow along. I was skeptical on the difficulty on assembling everything braised off older reviews, but this was a piece of cake so I hope that doesn’t lead anyone astray from purchasing this. It’s a good price compared to other products of the sort and seems to be great quality. I have had installed for a couple weeks now and it works great, can’t speak for long term use but I don’t see why this won’t hold up.The only thing I would suggest is assembling the rails that run from the front of the truck bed to the tailgate first before you get to far in the manual. Theirs a separate sheet from the manual that walks you through that process, but I didn’t realize that until I had already secured them to the main unit. I was still able to get the end caps on with it already assembled but would have been easier had I done that before securing it in.All in all, I think this is a great product and would refer it to anyone else.

Junk
At first I really liked it. After several months of used in and out of the Mountains it started to rattle. I tightened several of the bolts and maintained the unit. The rattle returned. Tighten it up again and once again the rattle returned. Finally I removed it from my truck and it is currently on Craigslist for less than 400.00. I deeply regret purchasing this item. For context I lost most of my hearing to an IED in Afghanistan and I can definitely hear the rattling. It drove me nuts. Do not buy this product.....
