Is this plain isotine as in the description or isotine plus as in the picture? and are they in date? (not exprired) thank you

What they did was inserted a label with an up to date mfg but the box had another date. I can't say the box you show is the same box I have purchased. the word NEW is not there. I WISH TO SAY the poduct saved me well . Thi is what happened to me in March of 2018 til now: I have only had this eye drops for four days. I purchased it for my cataracts. I read that it might help my vision. Within a few hours of my first application. I noticed how things seem to be more clear. My right eye had irritation and it begin to feel better right away. Sunlight doesn't seem to bother me or dry eye. I hope in a few months I will be able to get an improved vision test with my Ophthalmologist. I am 78 years old with aging eyes and for this product to make this kind of improvement so quickly I am very hopeful. It stings a little when I apply it but no side effects. My doctor has been telling me I need to get the lens replacement but I won't be getting lens surgery hopefully. Thanks. Update: 8/29/2018. I DON'T NEED CATARACT SURGERY!! I was seen by my Opthamologist today after using Isotine eyedrops for 5 months. My vision with glasses 20/50 Without glasses 20/40 My new glasses RX 20/25. So you can see my improvement.
