We used in a daycare/ preschool setting, used in sensory play, matched bird to picture etc kids played with for good period of fun.

Wish they named the birds
Some of the figures we’ve purchased print the name small so that the care giver can have a cheat sheet on the names of the objects/animals BUT these do the job and it’s not that many for mom to memorize beforehand
