I can’t really say if this works bcoz I can’t feel any difference when I take this. I also don’t take this nightly, maybe that’s why I can’t feel the difference. But the product is original.

I use melatonin for two primary purposes: 1. as a treatment for Jet-Lag and general assistance with sleep disorders 2. As an antioxidant as a combatant against anti-aging.

UpdateI bought these tablets and I was so upset that they didn’t work, but thought I should maybe keep trying every night and it did work on the 4th night. The reason I did that is because I know my body doesn’t accept some medication right away. I’m really happy with it and it is indeed strong.

It wasn't helpful as I expected..I had before 3mg another brand was working well and better than this 10mg

This was my first time that I purchased Melatonin after understanding it's benefits via an American Doctor's video on You Tube. I used it to regulate my sleep on 14-16 hour long haul flights and it worked well. On one flight, I slept 9 hours straight. Overall, I am happy with the product but would use it sparingly for flights only and not for daily use, as developing a natural body clock for sleep is better.

I bought this product because of the reviews, I am on Letrozole because of cancer and one of the side effects is insomnia; I tried other Melatonin pills and they will help me fall sleep, but will wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to go back to sleep. Since I am taking Natrol Advanced Sleep Melatonin, I not only go to sleep, but I stay sleeping all night and wake up to my alarm. Best yet, when I wake up in the middle of the night, I can go right back to sleep. Best thing that has happen to me since being diagnosed with cancer 2 months ago.

يفك ازمة لما اكون مخربطة بالنوم ،وابغى اعدل نوميبس ما يضبط مفعوله معي خصوصا لو مكثرة قهوه ولازم انام
