Masterbuilt20090113 Smoker Sausage Hanger

I bought this item for a gift and they sure love this product. We purchased many other items which went along with this one, they were all great quality products as well. I would buy from this seller again anytime.

Product does exactly as advertised. The mats fit the Masterbuilt 30 in. smoker racks perfectly, allowing smoking of small items such as nuts and oysters easily. Their porous nature allows smoke to pass through the sheets for maximum smoke effect, and they are well-made and wash easily in the dishwasher. I highly recommend them.

Thinner than expected but does what it's supposed to. To highten the nonstick potential, as others said, use a nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray.

What a great idea of not having the vegetables fall through the racks. Very pleased with my purchase and will eventually order more ☺

Worked really well with the salmon I smoked. Cleaned up easily.
