It works as described. Useful to clear up clogged tear gland ducts and prevent inflammation.

Made for giants with eyes far away from each other, but some sawing to shorten the gap can fix that. Gets hot very quickly and sadly cold very quickly, so not ideal for what it’s supposed to do. For the same reason is easy to make it too hot to probably being harmful. Not recommended

The heat dosent last more that 5 minutes, and it says dont microwave for more that 30 seconds, but if i do less it dosent become hot

I have purchased this product twice, first for myself and shortly after for a family member. It's the perfect solution for extremely dry eyes and so easy to use. It's so much better than a damp facecloth for ease of use and stays warm for a long time. I often leave it on even after it has cooled down. The eye pads are a little far apart but I lie back, put them in place and relax. I don't use the strap.It was also very happy with how quickly my purchases arrived.
