This was given as part of a Christmas gift. They were pleased with the item.

I specifically ordered this item to be given as a gift, but the tin arrived with dented lid which made item look shabby. Totally disappointing.

The bag was different to the one on the picture which was disappointing

I opened the cream it was half empty and looked like it had been used

Not as advertised, body balm says 300ml but only 50ml received

Tin bashed in
Turned up poor quality with major damage to the tin. Was a gift for baby shower package to our friend and we then didn’t have time to order a replacement so went without. Not happy.

Not as advertised
Product description stated 350ml body balm, with wash bag, hence I ordered it. Product was smaller (50ml) and no wash bag. This smaller product is available cheaper. Too close to Christmas now to rectify the issue.
