Useful and Convenient - good quality
It works very well with my home WiFi network. You need to simply install the provided capacitor across L1 lamp. Check before purchasing that you have access to the lamp/bulb wiring.Kendom supported me very well in replacing the faulty 3-gang switch with a new one which works very stable and fast. Now I am Fully satisfied.

This product is the best
I really liked this switch easy to understand andand easy to install and even better with touchThe thing that i didnt like is the sound when it switch on and off i must not hear the sound but keeps anoyys me when it switch On/Off

Works fine except for restarts
It works fine, but sometimes it restarts automatically and looses the connectivity and then I have to add it again to the app. Maybe it is because I am using it without neutral wire and using the capacitor option. Not sure though

A well designed wifi switch that is poorly made and renders the product useless.
Product is brilliant - when it works, sadly after 7,weeks mine no longer does.Installation is also a challenge.The printed circuit board is VERY fragile and is NOT FIXED tobthe base,not falls off VERY EASILY, sadly you then have to carefully reassemble onbthe fine pins.After 7 weeks the wireless function ( wi fi light constantly on) has stopped working meaning only the touch screen buttons are working.No point buying a wi fi switch that doesn't work in wi fi mode.Sadly to sum up this product, good design but low cost manufacture spoils the product.

The switch have reverse sign. When it is in operation its LED become blue and on off positions with a red.

thank you kendom & amazon very good product . have two options to use with or without neutral and the illuminations of the switch indicators giving nice look in the darkness.i will bye more switches in the future .

bought before reviewing properly. switches work perfectly with Alexa and with Smartlife App. but physically switch touch sensitivity is very bad. sometimes you need to hold it for a while to work.
