Product quality
I do like the coffee taste and have been using for years. Much better than other brands. However I ordered 3 and one was broken. I didn’t realise until opening that one, as I have seen after a month and return/refund was already closed. It was smashed badly and tiny dusty glass pieces were all mixed in the coffee. Please carefully packed them and you guys check your packages as soon as you receive :(

Favourite in our house
Carte Noire is back and it a new sleek jar. I just thought it was a rename of the L'or brand. However to me it tastes different. It's richer and with more colour. I like to taste my coffee so with sometimes have 2 teaspoons of granules. With the new jars I am finding I can reduce the amount I use. which in turn in saving me money as the jar is lasting longer. Much better value and taste than other long standing coffee brands.

NOT the Product that is rubbish - it is the SUPPLIER
First thing to state: this is my favourite instant coffee by far. But the reason for my Review is that the supplier - is this you, Amazon? - has put up the price of this product by TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT overnight! That is absolutely, wholly unacceptable. OK, so everything is going up in price, but a 25% hike in one fell swoop... NO! That is beyond acceptable. I, for one, will no longer be buying this product from Amazon, and I would strongly recommend that YOU do not buy it either: at least until the 'seller' realises that they cannot simply 'Think-Up' a price and charge it and the punter's will still buy it! We most vote with our fingers and not click on this product to buy it, until some semblance of sense is restored. I am REALLY angry about this price hike - it is simply NOT equitable practice.

I really like that the seller placed an expiration date sticker on the outside bubble wrap and it does match the date on the glass bottle. It arrived quickly and Best of all, this coffee tastes great!
