Obviamente los costales son de tipo bolsa negra para basura jaja pero asi son la mayoria de las polainas, es para hacer ejercicio no para estarlas lanzando, llegó mucho amtes de lo esperado, excelente si sirven muy bien para hacer ejercicio porque le puedes quitar o poner los sacos de peso.
