I may have been sent a prototype?
The USB A ports are not centered. The power indicator LED is blue instead of green. The Quick Charge 3.0 port cycles on and off in 10 second intervals as well as the PD Type-C port regardless of the device being charged. The 5V USB A ports are orange and not green. The Quick Charge 3.0 port is green and not orange. Only one of the two 5V USB A ports work. The Quick Charge 3.0 symbol is white instead of green. I'm not sure if the symbol is supposed to illuminate green when in use. The listing shows green and white for different pictures. However, it is green on the box. The swiveling stand does work. The standard Type-C port does charge. I am using the Apple provided Type-C to Lighting and USB A to Lighting port cables to rule out 3rd party cable incompatibility. The listing does not state it is not compatible with iPhone or iPad. There is a discrepancy with the port coloring in the listing as well. I will be testing the "...worry-free 12-month warranty and friendly customer service."

Great, until it wasn't.
Worked well for what I wanted. I wanted a versatile charger that could be used for PD, QC3 and USB C charging as my household has all of these. Initially it worked well with all of the devices I used with it, iPad Pro 12.9 (5th gen), iPad Mini 4, iPad 7th gen, iPhones (SE2, XS Max, 12 Pro Max), Android phones (N200 5G) and everything that could fast charge, would, but with minimal/no movement of the device itself since it isn't travelling or anything, the USB C port is no longer providing a charge. The port seems to have worn or shifted. If I force the cable in tighter, the charge will start but once I release it, it stops so it is useless. That's the second port. The others still work. I got the device in December of 2020 so it should be under warranty (12 months) but I can't find out who to contact to start the repair/replacement process. It's difficult to recommend the device. I know that quality issues can occur so this could be one off or a batch of bad ones. I am actually considering buying 2 more but I'll hold off until I get warranty service.I could not find warranty service anywhere, make sure if there’s a card in or info on the box, YOU save it. I went through Amazon services to get in contact with them and when they did, I was offered an exchange. So they will take the one you have and send you a new one, which is good. I do not want to have to deal with the potential of this happening again so I will not be purchasing more of these and at this time will not be recommending them.Good luck to those who buy it though. Hopefully your device works long term.

Well designed but cannot handle multiple apple items
I took this unit that I had High hopes for but it would not charge two Apple tablets an I phone and an apple watch at once. I was only able to change 1 tablet a watch and a phone even though the advertisement states that each ports operates on its own and doesn't affect the others port. This was not the case in my experience when I had all of my items plugged in my items started to cycle some would stop charging for a bit then start back up. this created a binging sound on my item every time the stopped charging. The sounds of them stopping and starting all night made it difficult to sleep. by the moring time not all Items were charged up 100%

Don't buy - the PD 3.0 USB-C port fail to charge properly iPhone 13 pro and my iPad
the problem with this product is that it fail to charge properly my iPhone or iPad when connected to the upper port. At 1st all is OK and it looks as if it charge fast the device. After a while you will start to hear and see that it stops charging, resume charging after a while, stops again, resume again, etc. My guess is that the device overheat and cut off the charging. After it cools down a little it resumes. So in ceality the usb-c top port charger is useless. The 2nd usb-c port bellow is a slow charging port as the one bellow (type-a). It only has the usb-c mechanical fork factor. However it doesn't know to provide high power for charging.Go and find yourself a more expensive and better charger. After learning all that on myself I ordered another one. This one is good as a 10W slow charger and don't use the most upper usb-c port since it may damage your product by togelling constantly charging on/off while trying to deliver high power.
