So here is a graphic, kinda gross review but I think it will be helpful... I have adult acne, oily skin, and black heads... ALL GONE! The first time I used it I thought I was too dried out and thought maybe it left soap film behind. My skin adjusted after just a couple washes. I can't get anything out of my pores anymore, the grime is gone and my skin looks smoother. As for the arm pits, CLEAN. So clean in fact that deodorant is all I use, and if I forget, I'm still ok for most of the day. I no longer need to use deodorant with anti-perspirement, just deodorant only, aluminum free. The pieces of Oats in the soap scrub while you wash, perfect combo. For your face, just.roll I in your hands then apply to your face so you don't scratch it with the oats. The clean smell of the soap may bot be the best, but it is a natural clean smell, can't beat that! I swear by this stuff, just make sure you get the one in the black and orange box that specified oats and aloe, don't get the one with the yellow/black box, its still good but not nearly as.

This soap is great. It makes your face feel squeaky clean. I am verry impresed. I have been using it for about a month now, my family and friends have commented how clear my skin/face looks.
