Item should be labeled to handle with care and wrapped up in bubble wrap; to avoid further damage, which affected the authenticity of the test kit.

It's a collection sample so you can send to lab and pay more to get the result

Worked ok. Be careful to follow instructions. I purchased 2 kits and ruined one by not putting the cover on after an hour. I left it open too long and that one didn't work.
