does anybody know what the main differences are between this jig and the "General Tools 860 dovetailer EZ Pro dovetail Jig" (cheaper one)?

The 861 is the improved model. 3 main differences:1. Flat blade screws for depth guide have been replaced with hex head screws. 2. The clamping wing screws have been joined with a bar...to provide more secure clamping of the workpiece.3. A round knob handle has been added to each end...to improve functionality when using with a router table.Other than above, they're functionally identical.

Is this jig take 14 degrees or 10 degrees or 8 degrees bit???

Is the scale at the front in mm or inch?

It is in inches to show the height of the Dove.

Can it be used to cut a rabbeted drawer front? That is a drawer front with a lip on the sides to hide drawer slides

I don't think you could do that with this jig, there is no way to offset the pins to have a lip. I would make a separate drawer face to cover the slides and attach it to the drawer
