I loved this thing in my 1st trimester and began to wean off of it in the beginning of my 2nd trimester. However, I grew rapidly in my belly then and didn't find this to be as comfortable to climb into in the night (with having to take pee breaks up to 5 times a night then). Each woman will grow at different paces so take my review with a grain of salt. I cannot use it at all in my 3rd trimester, it is not comfortable and almost makes me feel worse. I do also have neck problems (present pre-pregnancy) and found the top part of the pillow where you lay your head sometimes cumbersome due to it's shape and trying to lay properly on it. In the first few months, it gave me GREAT sleep and I would recommend it for that period but not after. I'm 35 weeks now and must instead sleep with pillows propped all around me that are easy to remove and place back after nighttime bathroom breaks.

I LOVE THIS PILLOW. I am not pregnat, I just wanted a comfy body pillow for a side sleeper. I tell everyone i know about this pillow. I cant imagine not sleeping with it now. The only thing i dont like is that the pillow case ripped by the head rest after a month... i stitched it back up so its fine now, but the case is a really thin fabric to put on such a unique shape.

It's really bulky. I'm sure it works great for some people but I find that pillows do just as well. Depending on what side of the bed you sleep on, you have to climb over it to get to the restroom...which for a pregnant lady, is several times throughout the night.

I've been using this pillow since my 1st trimester, and now about 5 months later it feels like it's starting to flatten out it doesn't feel as comfortable as it used to be.

I got this for my sister in law, she loves it and is in her late 3rd trimester. She says she sleeps with it every night and just can't be without it.I would recommend to any pregnant woman.

It tore in two the first week I purchased it. Not the best if you toss and turn!

I gave it as a gift to someone who has a frozen shoulder and she seems to be sleeping better.

I have arthritis in my neck and Fibromyalgia. This product is fantastic, great and absolutely the best for sleeping with my problems.

Pregnant or not, this is the best pillow ever. Worth the investment so that you can have the best sleep of your life. Cover comes off so can easily be washed and shape holds up well. I can't live without my snoogle.

I loved this pillow, especially helped the last couple months in my pregnancy when it's harder to get comfortable. Would definitely recommend it!

I only had this pillow for 2 nights and the case rips right in half. Very cheap fabric. I am not impressed with the quality of this pillow at all.
