Design & Finish Issues
Light-weight and portable, good density levels, looks cool but somewhat frustrating/unsatisfying to use and all the branding peeled off leaving sticky glue patches

Perfect for releasing my shoulder
I get a tight and rolled forward shoulder from using my computer mouse a lot. I love using this to release my pec minor by doing reverse snow angels which really helps unlock the shoulder

Amazing Product
I have shoulder / back issues. I've tried to use other ... less expensive massage balls. Big mistake. I found this ball to be the perfect size. For placing up against a wall to work on my back or my chest muscles. Also for lying down. Plus it is a hard material. Yet it is still somewhat soft so it does hurt. I should have spent a little more money on this item a year ago. I noticed the difference in using it, the very first time. One of my better health expenditures.
