An Excellent Foam Pad for Exercise!
I absolutely love this exercise foam pad. Besides liking the colors, I love the thickness, the firmness and the non-slip of this pad for even doing multiple other things than exercise as well. It is a really comfortable sitting mat. It is the perfect size. It seems to last and last without any problems. I's a great purchase.

Improves Balance
I am in my 70’s and have balance problems and as tendency to fall on uneven ground. This foam pad is perfect to practice standing on one and two feet. My balance is better and no recent falls. I leave it in front of the television and use it while watching tv. Great quality pad! Love the various color choices!

Ist ok
Das Kissen habe ich wegen einer Physiotherapie gekauft. Es ist allerdings sehr hart, Das in der Praxia iat viel weicher. Trotzdem mache ich die Übungen und sie wirken.Und vermutlich gibt das Kissen ja auch mit der Zeit noch etwas nach.Ich würde es wieder kaufen.
