IcomMBF5 Flush Mount Kit

I installed my radio on the boat console in a space that made utilization of this kit very difficult. If you don’t have easy access to the location of the flush mount, utilization of this kit can be very difficult. The whole presumption of the kit is that you can quickly and easily access the rear of the location in which the radio is being installed. Also, Icom should be ashamed for the outrageously high price of this very simple kit. It probably should be included with the radio as an installation accessory, as is the exterior mounting bracket.

my install was for icom m330g in a Carolina Skiff JLC 192. this is a real night mare to install as my dash is thicker than 1/2 inch. ....got it done....looks great ... solid.

Easy to install. A must for the flush mount of your VHF radio. I used this on my boat for my radio and it holds firm no matter the waves or pounding the boat takes.

I did not like the price but it is my only option for mounting.
