Martin Phosphor Bronze Strings 12 Strings Extra Light

My problem is some stings are to stiff and hard to push down on the neck. The ones I have now are hard to push down are these soft or hard strings?

Is the custom gauge set for the silk and phosphorus strings or silk and steel? The selection (custom) and picture are of 2 different products.

Are these correct for my martin 12 string dm-12 acoustic guitar?

what is what is the difference in "silk & phosphor" and "phosphor bronze" strings? Which One has warmer and deeper lows?
