I was reluctant to try aloe vera for IC because I felt like I tried so many other things, and aloe vera pills can get really expensive, but after flaring for over a month I decided to give it a shot. I started to feel better after the first dose! I think the price is fair compared to other brands, but I only take half the recommended dose (they recommend 3 pills twice daily, I take 3 pills once daily). Highly recommend

This product works just as well as desert harvest aloe. I use it for IC. Recommend if you cannot get the desert harvest.

Expensive for how many capsules you have to take. It does help relieve pain. I won't be buying again.

I think this has helped me. It's one of the only aloe supplements I have found that does not have added vitamin c or "acidic" ingredients or preservatives, which are a big no-no for IC. I have bought a second bottle, and I will be buying a third, but I think it's important to realize that I started experiencing relief from a lifestyle/diet change, adding this to it was just added back up. I take about 2-3 pills a day, and I LOVE that this is made in the USA.Get well soon, everyone. IC is no joke.

I had high hopes for this product as I’ve been in pain over a month now. It made me extremely nauseous and now I’m also out $45. Of course can’t return it because it’s open. I only took 2 doses.

I’ve been using these for almost 2 weeks, and I’m not noticing much of an improvement. I will finish the bottle and try another brand.

So far this seems to be helping my interstitial cystitis. However the pills are large and a little hard to get down the recommended six a day. The price I also feel is high considering one bottle will only last 15 days if you take the recommended six per day.
