Grab some water-based lube for the applicator tip. It'll make insertion smoother & less uncomfortable. * FIND YOUR POSE: Lie down, squat, or prop a leg up on the edge of a bathtub or toilet seat. Get in a comfy position that lets you easily reach down there for an easy insert. * EASY DOES IT: Be gentle & slow when inserting the applicator. If it feels stuck, stop for a sec, take a breath, & then continue. Forcing it in is a no-go, & can cause irritation.
