Holy Lama Naturals Mysorewood Agarbatti (19.5 cm, Black, 40 gm)

I have been very fond of your products always :) sadly this product is not good ... The insence stick dose the burn all the way ( photo attached ) stops in between ... Have to relit it at least 2 times ( already used 5 sticks 3 sticks had a problem ....No complaints with the fragrance though but the burn process is bad :(
