First off, I've never taken anything like this before so wasn't sure to what to expect. That being said, I took the 3 pills a day and made sure to eat pretty healthy meals the entire time and there was little to no difference in my day compared to before. At the beginning I maybe needed the bathroom a little more often but after about 10 days there was zero affect. Should have read the reviews before buying.

I purchased this as a replacement for the Dr Tobias Colon Cleanse that I had been taking previously because this was on a deal. I do have to say that it does work as it claims. One pills only mildly works for me, but one is what I take as it helps to keep me regular, but not running to the bathroom for several hours each day. The colon cleanse is a gentle cleanse as it states on the bottle and I do not get really bad cramps when taking.I will take two pills at night to help me if I get constipated and by the next morning I am ready to have a bowel movement, but it is not overwhelming to where I feel uncomfortable and need to run to the bathroom. When I do take two at night I will also have multiple bowel movements throughout the day and by the afternoon I feel really great and not constipated and bloated.I would definitely recommend this product for people who are looking for more of a gentle colon cleanse or for occasional constipation.

On the 3rd day of following the instructions on the bottle, eating primarily plant-based (the norm and healthiest option for me), I thought perhaps the desired effect was starting to take place. Unfortunately, after an incredibly brief moment of hopefulness, this product did the exact opposite and SEVERELY and PAINFULLY backed me up. 7 days after I stopped using the product, I am still uncomfortably bloated, irregular, and feeling sick to my stomach. Just a word of caution, if the raving reviews you see here are genuine, this product CLEARLY does not work the same on everyone. This is a NEVER AGAIN situation for me. If you still want to try this product, my recommendation is to pay close attention to what your body is telling you through the entire process.
