I’ve used this product for a long time. This is lightweight and goes on smoothly. It is white but completely clear upon application. You will not see it, feel it or smell it after you put it on. I live in Florida and use it daily. I’ve used it on my face too, and it is not greasy at all. We all know we need to be using a daily sunscreen. Do yourself future self a favor and get this, as it is quick and easy to apply which will make it easy to get in that habit of applying it to your arms, neck and hands every day. One bottle lasts a long time. You just put it on your bathroom counter and depress the top down, because it has a push down top. No caps to unscrew, no squeezing, no spraying, just press down. No drips either. It comes with a translucent cap which stays on very well if you pack it in a bag. I keep the cap on, just to keep it together, and it is very easy to remove. My mother has arthritis in her hands and she can easily remove the cap, because you can push it off. I did not buy this to be an “all in one” product, as my dermatologist had suggested using a sunscreen as a sunscreen and a moisturizer as a moisturizer- however, it does have a moisturizer and it does moisturize my skin, yet does not feel greasy at all. You won’t even know you are wearing it. This brand Elta Md was initially recommended to me by a cosmetic surgeon’s office after I had a procedure done. My teenage son will use it and he normally does not like lotions or any sunscreen that he can feel after he puts it on.

I gave this sunscreen a real workout for its first use: a week of hiking in full, 80+ degree sunshine at high altitudes in and around Salt Lake City. We were out in full sun for 8+ hours per day while being very active. I'd apply EltaMD before we left the house and re-apply mid-day. I am pretty pale because I live in Seattle where we get a lot of gray days and a limited sunny season, so I was really pushing it.EltaMD worked perfectly. It is easy to apply and not super greasy. It blends into your skin really well so no one can tell you're wearing any kind of lotion or tinted sunscreen. The fragrance is almost non-existent so you don't smell like you're wearing sunscreen. And it was super effective: ZERO sunburn - not even some mild red or pink tones after all that sunshine. EltaMD worked exactly as I hoped. It's also very moisturizing, which was important because SLC is a very dry climate. And I didn't have any skin reactions to the sunscreen - no breaking out or anything like that.

I have used EltaMD sunscreen since I had a dermatologist procedure. It is a 'vanishing' sunscreen that isn't visible on skin if you massage it into the areas you apply it to.I haven't had a sun burn since I've been using. It is odorless, non irritating, and easy to apply. If you sweat or swim while using it you should reapply ever 90 minutes. In my experience it doesn't irritate my eyes if some sweat gets in then.I have noticed no skin irritation (I have very sensitive skin). Another factor is it doesn't take much to get good sun blocking so despite initial cost it is a good value.

Most sunscreens leave a white cast that leave you looking like Casper the ghost. This is not one of those sunscreens! This is amazing quality! Definitely worth the price. Goes on like a lotion and doesn’t have a bad smell like most sunscreens. I’ll be buying this again!

I've used the Elta facial sunscreen, Clear UV, and love it for my very sensisitive skin. I bought this to cover my neck and arms for daily wear. It doesn't feel greasy or have an unpleasant smell so its great for communiting to and from work. I dislike the sport varieties of other sunscreens for daily wear, and they tend to irritate my skin, so this is just perfect for me.Unfortunately, I have also encountered the problem with the pump. However, this is something that can be easily repaired by watching a video on fixing an "airless pump". You turn the product upside down and hit the bottle to move the cream towards the top and then insert the end of a paperclip into the small hole in the bottom of the bottle to push the base upwards. It's too good of a product to give up on!
