What a waste of money
Honestly, I gave this item a fair chance and didn't make a judgement after a short period but after 3 weeks of using this daily, not only will I say that this product doesn't do anything, it may even be making me retain even more water. I used it during my period and on other regular weeks, and there was literally increased urination or sweating or anything else. I very closely monitor my weight changes and water retention as I'm on a strict diet so I can say confidently that this product did absolutely nothing for me.
