Do these work for stretch or knit fabics, such as sweatpants or t-shirt?

The times I've use them, they worked fine, but I do usually do a stitch around the edges just to be decorative. even though they stick nicely.

Has anyone used these to hem pants?

Yes, even though it wouldn't be real flexible any longer

If I need to remove the patches later can it be done?

As far as I can tell, the answer would be no. It makes a permanent bond. You would have to cut them out.

Will this product stick to craft foam sheets?
