It’s a good protective case which is actually water proof and touch screen capability’s are not affected by it.However the protective screens for the front of your phone and camera deteriorate over time, causing photos to appear like the have 90’s tv dream sequence filter on them. There is little to no support from life proof, the only solution is to get another case.It must be noted that I work in Construction and I have kept my iPhone 12 Pro in one of these life proof cases, since I bought the phone and the phone is as good as it was when it came out of the packaging. This case WILL protect your phone to the highest standards, it’ll just need replacing after a year or so to keep your camera up to scratch.

I'm very tough on my phones as I'm a bit clumsy. This case has been great, very sturdy, and keeps it protected. I gave it 4 out of 5 as it's very difficult to type through the cover. You have to press very hard to select or use the keyboard. Otherwise, it's a great cover.

Unfortunately the lens cover ruined photographs however it was cleaned.

Everything is top notch (exactly as described) however I have a problem with face ID - it rarely works since putting the phone in the case!

DO not buy if you want to take quality photos. I bought a iPhone 12 promax phone to double as a camera, the case clouds and makes the photos fuzzy. Take it out of the case clear pristine photos but at risk of dropping and getting wet. what a hassle. I have used otter box/lifeproof for years. The waterproof and durability aspect works but I returned this product twice with same results. Can not believe otterbox keeps it on the market. Otterbox sent me back to amazon and they were a fabulous support. Pity there is my loyalty gone. Need to find another company who will make waterproof cases.

I always get a waterproof lifeproof case for my phone, I’d feel naked without it. Use it when I go travelling/outdoor activities/working with animals because it has always saved my older phones. Also, loving that I can finally get one in a colour that screams me.

It's not that often I write a review but feel compelled to do so this time. I have used Lifeproof Fre cases for many years and always found them great, and they have certainly saved my phone on more than one occasion. However the iPhone 12 Pro case appears to have a flaw that basically makes it pretty useless as a case - and from reading other reviews it seems I am not alone.I bought a case last year and all was well, however when away on holiday in January I noticed that some pictures appeared blurry but not ones using the telephoto lens. I took the phone out of the case and found that I could take photos as normal with no problems. Looking at the lens cover it appeared blurry/dirty/scratched and I couldn't do anything to get it clean - so while the case was still in great condition, the lens covered was knackered and interfering with the camera.I checked on Amazon and they had a new one at a great price so ordered a replacement and thought nothing more until 6 months later and this second case is now doing exactly the same thing. I contacted Lifeproof who were basically useless saying they only deal with cases brought on their own website - so much for a lifetime guarantee - and told me to contact Amazon about it. Amazon have been great and given me a refund.But it is a definite thumbs down to Lifeproof and the iPhone 12 Pro case - certainly not what I would expect for a case at this price.

Suitably protects treasured IPhone in every way. Hands free, the microphone is muffled and people have difficulty hearing my voice.
