nice product, but the blade keeps falling off when I use it

This bread Lane from ST GERMAIN is top tier quality. It came with a package of blades and a leather blade cover. It works perfectly for scoring and creating pattern on your bread dough. As if that isn't enough, I must have inadvertently tossed my blade cover and when I sent an email to the company, they responded quickly and instead of selling one to me, they sent one free of charge. As a response to their dynamite customer service, I have ordered there oval banner on. I highly recommend all their products. Great quality!
