Some laxative effect, but not like non-chelated. Definitely not harsh like milk of magnesia, for example. Start with a lower dose (1-2 capsules). Great for avoiding muscle tension headaches.

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Cellulose, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Titanium Dioxide (Color), Vegetable Glycerin. FREE OF: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soy, Yeast, Sugar, Sodium, Artificial Flavor, Sweetener and Preservatives.

Excellent quality product.

This is excellent quality Magnesium!! I take 2 tablets before going to sleep at night, and it definitely helps me to sleep deeply every time. I plan to keep using it indefinitely, cause I've tried other methods for sleep help, both herbal and Melatonin, and this particular brand of Magnesium is by far the safest and most reliable way for me.
