If this question is referring to the electrical portion, the wires on the lights are 16-18ga. Use butt connectors or scotch locks to wire to power and ground.

When using one harness to wire it up, you would put both negative wires from the lights to the negative wire coming from the harness and same for +?

Yes that is correct. Each black from each light to your incoming negative and same for your hot. I have even seen some people use a ring terminal on the black wire of the light screw it to something close that is metal for your negative and just run one wire for the positive.
