Review: Good exercise book to stimulate year 5 children - The book is well structured and follows the Year 5 curriculum. Some exercises are very similar to the "non stretch" book but there are definitely some more challenging one on this one. Complement well the other book. Review: These make massive difference - My daughter finds these books challenging but she’ve learnt so much already! These are so engaging and interesting even I read them 😃

Really hard
We completed the first 1 of these books a couple of weeks ago so decided to get this stretch book to keep my son going until the end of lockdown homeschool. This book is soooo hard. Even I have struggled to get my head around some of the problems in this book. None of it is explained at all so unless you're a maths wizz or a teacher I wouldn't bother. Although these cgp books have saved us recently, the lack of decent school work has been dire, we have had to give up on this one because it's knocked my son's confidence a bit being just so difficult.
