I have a tendency to lose my dermal tops and have lost some really nice and pricey ones. Was looking for a cute solution that I wouldn't mind too much if it fell off. I am very happy with these! they fit fine, no complaints.

I love these. I have a labret and wanted smaller options for the ends, and these are both petite and lovely. The opal is colorful and pretty. They are easy to screw in and seem more secure than others I have tried. (The smallest ones are too small for my piercing, as the size is too close to the 14g post.)

The tops all different sizes but the bottom is is all Same size. Advertised wrong, I am disappointed…
