ZSZS 4Pcs 14g Surgical Steel Cubic Zirconia Dermal Anchor Tops and Base Microdermals Piercing

I wouldn’t use the plate because the part with the screw threads that tiny Cylinder attached to the plate fell off super easy when I was screwing the diamond back on to it. I already have a dermal in I just bout these for the diamonds because I like these diamonds way better then the round Rhinestones that they give you when you first get it done, they turn black after a while and don’t shine and they don’t really look like diamonds more like plastic play diamonds that you would glue for arts and crafts. But other then the plate I would give it the screw in diamond 5 stars they are awesome. Just keep up on washing them and keep up on checking if they are coming loose and they should last forever well what seems like forever lol as far as the sizes go I got 3 and 5 if I remember correctly the 3 is a really good size not too flashy but not invisible 4 is proabably perfect because 5 is kinda big but I keep the 5 in I like it. The 5 is what’s in the picture I posted.

Ugh I wish I had read the reviews. I impulse bought these because I needed an emergency replacement and these delivered the fastest. These sit crazy far away from your skin. I can’t imagine a single piercing spot where this would be a good idea. I’ve had it in for less than an hour in my back dimples and it’s already painfully snagged on my clothes twice. Such an awkward shape and it looks so ugly.

They're very pretty and have lots of bling! Only problem (for me anyway) is that the stones stand up too far. I have wrist dermals and sadly as pretty as these are, I just know they would get snagged and damage my piercing so I had to return them.

Perfect size for me.
