Mine are not magnetic. They are not very straight. I cannot recommend this product. Good luck.

Do these have quick release shanks?

Yes, quick release 1/4 inch hex. Nice product.

How are these with impact drill drivers such as the Milwaukee 2453-22?

I have used several of these bits with my 18v. Makita cordless impact driver/drill and saw no damage to the bits. They seem to be well made.

Do you like this item?

I like it except that I wished they included a case for the set and a handle. I still have to buy a separate handle to fit those drivers. The set only comes with a cardboard box . It won't last long.
