Great Lift Chair
Very comfortable and easy to assemble. Durable fabric cover, cleans up easy. Heat function and vibration controls easy to operate. We really like it.

Low quality
Don’t waste your money. We bought this chair for my frail, 97 year old mother in law. One year later it has an uncomfortable protrusion in the seat and the entire side of the chair came away from the base. Seller won’t offer anything other than parts replacements that we would have to pay for. Poor quality product and poor customer service. Do not buy!

Ordered 6-22-22. DOA 2-6-23
Ordered on June 22, 2022. Contacted company right away because upon setup it made a horrible clicking and grinding noise... was basically told too bad, your problem now.One month later, massage in the leg area quit working.On February 6, 2023 whole chair died. Remote do not work at all (I work as an IT professional - I unplugged all the connections, checked them, plugged back in. Checked all the wires. Checked electrical plug and even used my cable testes to makensure the plug was still operational - no go. The chair is dead Jim)Complete waste of money. Horrible customer service.
